STFF Micro-Winery Steps to Success Handbook + Fast Start Guide
The Steps to Success Handbook and Fast Start Guide is a 100+ page guide with information about what a Micro-Winery is, various options for a Micro-Winery build out, and what Napa County requires from applicants. In addition, we've also included a resource guide with recommended vendors. For more information on the Steps to Success handbook and Fast Track Guide, please make note of this request in the application below.
STFF Napa Valley, is the only association 100% dedicated to Napa Valley’s Micro-Producers and Micro-Wineries.
Our mission is to grow, promote and protect the Napa Valley's Micro-Producers & Micro-Wineries.
Micro-Producer Qualifications:

​Have an operational wine brand that produces between 201 - 5,000 gallons annual production.

At least 75 percent of the wine produced must use Napa AVA fruit

Adherence to sustainable practices in the vineyards and/or winery, demonstrating responsible stewardship of the land.

Hold the necessary licenses required to produce/sell wine commercially.

Offer customers direct access to the grower/winemaker/owner, often tasting across the table with the grape grower and/or winemaker/owner.

A majority of wine sales must be direct-to-consumer, enhancing the personalized connection with customers.
